I am currently on day 24 of the Whole 30 program! Only 6 more days to go! I’ve been talking a lot about the diet over the last three weeks but one thing I haven’t talked about too much is all the new recipes I’ve been cooking since starting. My husband and I have made some great recipes and some not so great recipes. One of my new favorites is the Harvest Grilled Chicken Salad from the Whole 30 book (page 232). This recipe is super easy (unlike some of them) and when you are having to cook and clean every single meal, easy recipes are definitely appreciated. Not only is it easy to make, but its really delicious and even the leftovers are good! a few weeks ago, I tried out another “meal plan” called Plated. I first heard about Plated from watching the show Shark Tank. I have purchased a few Shark Tank products in the past and it’s been sort of hit or miss. After watching the episode of Shark Tank that had Plated on, I went to their website, where I entered my email address and looked around. It was pretty pricey so I decided to pass. But then a week or so later, I got an email saying I could get 4 meals free with a purchase of 2. With the deal, I figured why not give it a try.
