I am currently on day 24 of the Whole 30 program! Only 6 more days to go! I’ve been talking a lot about the diet over the last three weeks but one thing I haven’t talked about too much is all the new recipes I’ve been cooking since starting. My husband and I have made some great recipes and some not so great recipes. One of my new favorites is the Harvest Grilled Chicken Salad from the Whole 30 book (page 232). This recipe is super easy (unlike some of them) and when you are having to cook and clean every single meal, easy recipes are definitely appreciated. Not only is it easy to make, but its really delicious and even the leftovers are good!
