Last week, I said goodbye (retired) my old pair of running shoes. These went on quite a journey with me. It all started with the Couch to 5k, then they helped me complete the Monument 10k training plan, ultimately crossing the 10k finish line. They saw me cross an 8k finish line and a 5k finish line. Lastly, they helped me complete my first triathlon. I had them for over 200 miles and 10 months and they helped me achieve some great life goals. Thanks for the great memories.
I look forward to my new shoes as they help me complete the half marathon training plan and crossing the Army Ten Miler finish line in October and the Richmond Half Marathon finish line in November and whatever else I am crazy enough to sign up for.
